Working as a Key Stage 2 Learning Support Assistant at EP Collier Primary School offers the opportunity to make a significant positive impact on pupils educational experiences and personal development.

Your support can help create a nurturing and effective learning environment, contributing to the overall success and well-being of the students.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and dedicated individual to join our professional and friendly team.

The person we are looking for someone who can:

Demonstrate self-motivation, reliability, and enthusiasm as a team player.
Foster positive relationships with both children and colleagues.
Establish and sustain a purposeful, orderly, and supportive environment aligned with lesson plans, while also helping to create engaging displays and manage resources.
Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver effective lessons, offering feedback on pupil progress.
