As our Centre expands we are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner with Level 3 qualifications to join our team in our Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ Nursery School in Tilehurst, Reading from September 2024.

Part Time – 35 Hours per week: 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday and 8.00am to 3.15pm Tuesday to Friday – Permanent

This is a Term-time only plus 5 Inset days position and the ideal candidate is required to start as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will:

Have a level 3 or equivalent qualification in childcare and education.
Possess a solid understanding of the EYFS.
Plan and deliver high quality education in an inclusive and non-discriminatory manner, for 2- to 5-year-olds.
Demonstrate experience in working with children with special educational needs (SEND) or a keen interest to do so.
Display creativity, dynamism, effective communication, and a collaborative team spirit.
Approach work with flexibility and a warm, caring attitude.
Build strong relationships with children, families, the community and staff.
