Rhys King BA (Hons) BSc (Hons) MRICS, Senior Commercial Surveyor

Portsmouth City Council has the culture and collaborative spirit to enable great job satisfaction and the varied portfolio enables exposure to areas of work which are not your typical day to day.

Working across different teams, learning from diverse skill sets and away from the silo way of working, moving towards common goals has been a fantastic experience since returning to PCC.

I was fortunate enough to work at PCC early in my career and then returning years later and those important core values have always remained. The flexible working patterns and support makes it a very satisfying place to be and compliments very nicely with the love I have for the profession. I am very grateful for the opportunity and it is great to be back.
